Instructions for Use
- Using the strap, securely fasten GuideRunner™
Rapid Line Changer™ to rod grip.
- Tie an overhand knot close to the end of the leader.
- Insert about 3” of the leader through the eye of the
clip and holding the leader and the tag end pull into
slot.
- Reel in the fly line until the clip passes through the
guides to the reel.
- Remove the leader from the clip.
- Remove the spool from the reel. Install the new
spool.
- Tie an overhand knot close to the end of the leader.
- Insert about 3” of the leader through the eye of the
clip and holding the leader and the tag end pull into
slot.
- Strip some line off the reel.
- Reel in GuideRunner™ Rapid Line Changer™
until clip passes through the guides to
GuideRunner™ Rapid Line Changer™.
- Remove the leader from the clip.
- Cut off knot, tie on fly and RESUME FISHING AT
THE RIGHT DEPTH.
Drag Adjustment
The drag on GuideRunner™ Rapid Line Changer™ can be adjusted so as to prevent free spooling. Turn center knob clockwise to tighten the drag and counter clockwise to loosen.
Left or Right Hand Use
To switch from Right hand to Left hand simply pull out all the line from GuideRunner™ Rapid Line Changer™ and wind back in the proper direction.
